Even trouble 😵‍💫, confusion, is a gift from HaShem. Confusion many times leads to absolute clarity, though down a long path. I would rather have a Mezuzah from a Rabbi than a valuable jewel any day of the week, whether the jewel was going to be displayed or stuck in a drawer, and whether the Mezusah would be affixed to my door or safely stored as a sacred item until I decided what to do.
